Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in tax preparation and accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or eligibility
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including individual and business tax returns
- Proficient in tax preparation software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during tax season
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of experience in tax preparation and accounting
- Experience with tax planning and consulting services
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Experience working with clients in various industries, including individuals, businesses, and non-profits
