Shall serve as the ARNG / USAR Task Leader / Man-day Analyst supporting key segments of the work performed on the Army Training Models. Shall control and manage the work efforts of senior analysts performing analysis or system design tasks.
Must Have
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree
- Ten or more years of experience with Reserve Component (Army National Guard & Army Reserve) training resource management
- Five or more years of experience with knowledge of costing of RC man-days.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of and successful experience working with HQDA-level PPBE process
- Knowledgeable and direct experience with AT-IDT training policies, RC force structure, relationship of NGB and state and territories, and USAR Commands
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large data files and maintain quality control
- Familiarity with Regular Army and Reserve Component acronyms
- Thorough knowledge, experience and skill using the Man-day Resource Model (MRM)
- User knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
