Job Responsibilities:

The Task Force Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and engineering operations of a Hilton property. This individual must have extensive experience working within the Hilton brand, ensuring that all properties meet brand standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of maintenance and engineering staff to ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Implementing and enforcing brand standard knowledge across all properties
• Managing both full service and select service properties
• Acting as a team leader, providing guidance and support to staff members

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel maintenance and engineering, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.
