- Properly operate a tape edge fastener in mattress production
- Work as needed at different stations
- Lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Follow client safety rules and procedures
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule
- Bending required for production tasks
- Work efficiently in a production environment
- Strong safety awareness
- Ability to follow safety rules and procedures
