TAP Business Analyst Lead

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the TAP Functional Lead/Business Analyst/PM will engage with customers to define business rules, manage backlog grooming, and ensure deliverables align with requirements throughout a 7-month project with potential for extension. Key responsibilities Collaborate with customers to document and clarify business rules and self-assessment criteria Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and prioritize tasks with government stakeholders Validate project increments against established requirements and lead sprint ceremonies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 8+ years of relevant experience CBAP or IIBA-CCBA certification; Certified ScrumMaster preferred Background in military transition, Airman and Family Readiness Center, or military HR preferred Ability to pass a US Government background check
