What You’ll Do
- Research and refine skill definitions to ensure clarity and alignment with industry standards.
- Create and improve assessments to evaluate a wide range of technical skills.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate assessment tools into workflows.
- Develop scripts and automate processes to enhance Talent Assessment efficiency.
- Analyze assessment data to uncover trends and drive actionable insights.
- Develop and interact with AI‑powered internal systems for evaluation.
- Optimize and streamline talent evaluation processes.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of overall professional experience.
- 1+ year experience in Software Development.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience in Data Analysis and Business Analysis.
- Process Optimization expertise.
- Django framework knowledge.
- Advanced level of English.
Additional Qualifications
- Technical Writing experience.
- Web Development skills.
- Statistics knowledge.
- AI/Prompt Engineering experience.
- SQL proficiency.
- 1+ year in Learning & Development.
- 1+ year in Data Management.
- 1+ year in IT Recruitment.
