Talent Strategy Lead

Designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, the full-time remote Talent Strategy Lead will streamline recruitment processes, drive program development in HR, and utilize data analytics to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate quality. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy new recruitment programs while owning the strategic direction for these initiatives Identify and implement process improvements in recruitment strategies and establish relationships with local community programs Utilize data-driven analytics to optimize the hiring lifecycle and monitor program metrics, providing insights to leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of experience and education At least twelve years of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in recruitment or talent program development Demonstrated success in designing and deploying talent acquisition recruitment programs Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder-management skills Excellent collaboration abilities and communication skills
