Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Talent Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $45.00 to $50.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities to support business objectives and operational performance.
- Develop financial models analyses and projections that assist leadership with strategic decision making.
- Prepare management reports dashboards and presentations that highlight financial results and key business trends.
- Partner with department leaders to evaluate spending plans revenue expectations and business opportunities.
- Identify and implement reporting enhancements process improvements and automation initiatives that increase efficiency.
- A Bachelor degree in finance accounting economics or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning analysis corporate finance or related financial functions.
- Demonstrate experience with budgeting forecasting financial modeling and variance analysis.
- Possess advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and planning platforms.
- Maintain strong knowledge of financial statements performance metrics and business reporting practices.
- Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate financial performance and develop recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with executives business leaders and cross functional stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast paced environment.
- Support collaborative team environments while promoting best practices in financial analysis and planning.
- Bring professional certification leadership experience or advanced business education considered beneficial.
