Talent Sourcing Manager

Seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy, this full-time remote position will manage talent discovery, candidate coordination, and selective recruitment efforts, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques to build diverse candidate pipelines and enhance the candidate experience. Key responsibilities Execute advanced sourcing methodologies to identify and engage top-tier passive candidates, focusing on hard-to-fill roles Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics coordination to ensure a seamless candidate experience Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for priority requisitions, from intake calls through offer negotiation Required qualifications 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on proactive candidate sourcing Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques Strong organizational and calendar management skills for coordinating multi-stage interviews Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the talent acquisition process
