To build a targeted pipeline of skilled garage door technicians, the contract Talent Scout will engage in direct sourcing from competitor companies and cultivate relationships within the trade while working in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Directly approach technicians employed at target competitor companies to discreetly source candidates Expand and enrich a candidate list through industry associations, trade shows, and online communities Maintain an organized pipeline and manage outreach documentation and reporting through the ATS Required Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or executive recruiting is required Background in trades, home services, or automotive recruiting is strongly preferred Agency experience is required Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach and managing rejection Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with blue-collar tradespeople
