This role focuses on the science of talent and performance, offering expert viewpoints on talent assessments and driving initiatives, automation, and best practices alongside Hiring Leads.

What your day will look like

As a Talent Scientist you will:

  • Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insight, partnering with the business to streamline hiring processes.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to gain insights into motivations and behaviors.
  • Build relationships with global stakeholders to ensure delivery against hiring goals, monitor activities, and maintain consistency in processes.
  • Drive data‑driven insights to support robust decision making.
  • Consider employer branding and candidate experience in interactions throughout hiring.
  • Review and streamline hiring processes and tools to enable continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with external partners to maximize return on investment.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from hiring and supporting inclusive sourcing strategies.

What we are looking for in you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a psychology‑based subject or related field.
  • Experience hiring talent in technology or consulting sectors.
  • Data‑driven mindset with ability to create measurable outcomes.
  • Interest in scientific approaches to talent selection and ability to articulate how to predict and measure hiring outcomes.
  • Strong analytical problem‑solving skills using SQL, Python and/or advanced statistical analysis; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to psychometric assessments including interpretation.
  • Experience conducting behavioral, competency‑based interviews and ability to train stakeholders to maximize interview effectiveness.
  • High level of personal organization to work remotely and be effective.
  • Willingness to travel to company events 2–4 times per year, up to two weeks per trip.

Other skills you may bring

  • Experience in sourcing and headhunting with the ability to teach leadership how to identify industry leaders.
  • Experience with statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, predictive analytics and ML.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, and Superset.
  • Psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
