Managing leadership development initiatives, the full-time remote Talent Program Manager will design and facilitate training sessions, oversee program effectiveness, and provide coaching to associates to enhance their career growth. Key responsibilities Design and facilitate virtual and in-person leadership development sessions using appropriate adult learning strategies Manage and evaluate programs to ensure quality and effectiveness, tracking measures of success such as ROI and talent retention Partner with business leaders and external vendors to create comprehensive education and development experiences for all organizational levels Required qualifications Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the 70/20/10 model for development Proven ability to provide coaching and development assessments to individuals and teams Demonstrated experience in collaborating with HR and business leaders to identify training needs Ability to manage budgets and vendor agreements effectively
