What You'll Do:

• Understand company and role requirements before speaking with candidates.
• Conduct structured calls and document clear evaluation notes.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and meet daily screening targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Completed graduation with 0–1 year of experience; strong spoken and written English.
• Confidence in leading conversations and ability to understand technical and non-technical requirements.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and willingness to learn.

Compensation:

• Total monthly range: ₹10,000–₹35,000, with performance-based incentives.
