A leading global professional services organization is seeking a Talent Recruiting Manager to lead campus recruiting, summer associate programs, and entry-level professional hiring across U.S. offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OCI and campus recruiting programs.
- Manage summer associate/intern programs end-to-end.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting for attorneys and early-career talent.
- Partner with firm leadership and hiring managers on recruiting strategy.
- Track recruiting metrics and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Direct experience with campus recruiting and summer associate programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Workday and applicant tracking systems.
