To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Manager will oversee the entire team member lifecycle strategy, manage a small team focused on recruiting and team member experience, and drive proactive sourcing strategies to ensure hiring needs are consistently met. Key responsibilities Own the team member lifecycle strategy from sourcing to offboarding, ensuring a cohesive approach Manage and develop a team, setting high execution standards while fostering their growth and career paths Establish and direct proactive sourcing strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates and meet hiring demands Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in managing people, including hiring and performance management 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition with a focus on proactive sourcing strategies Experience in a growth-stage SaaS organization with 300-500 employees Proven track record in building team member lifecycle programs from sourcing to onboarding Legally eligible to work in Canada or the United States
