The Role: Own end-to-end hiring from sourcing to closing across all functions. Build hiring infrastructure, metrics, and candidate experience from scratch. Lead international hiring across the US, EU, and UK. You'll Fit Right In If: You have startup hiring experience and are hands-on in the full recruiting process.
