Role Description
We’re looking for a remote, part-time Talent Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll support our roster of incredible creators–helping manage partnerships, track campaigns, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership on day-to-day operations, from brand communication to creator onboarding. If you love organization, content, social media, and influencer marketing, you’ll fit right in here.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or public relations (talent agency experience is a plus!)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Asana (or similar project management tools), and Slack
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without letting details slip
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both talent and brands
- Passionate about supporting creators and learning influencer marketing
