The Talent Business Partner (TBP) is an experienced, results-oriented human resources professional who serves as a key member of the Talent and Culture team. The TBP partners with senior leaders, managers, institutional departments, and Pathways leadership to deliver responsive, strategic, and effective HR support aligned with Broward College’s mission, vision, and organizational priorities.

The TBP works alongside Talent and Culture divisions, including Attraction and Selection, Compensation, Employee Relations, Records Management, and Benefits and Wellness, to provide coordinated guidance and value-added services throughout the employee lifecycle. Areas of support may include talent acquisition and retention, compensation and total rewards, benefits and wellness, talent and performance management, leadership development, training and coaching, employee engagement and recognition, and employee relations.

Working alongside the other Talent and Culture teams, the TBP helps ensure that HR practices are delivered consistently and in accordance with applicable laws, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The TBP also serves as a culture ambassador, supporting initiatives that strengthen engagement, promote a high-performance work environment, and enhance the overall employee experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Human Resources or closely related field.
  • An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Six years of related experience preferably in human resources field.
  • Experience leading employee engagement and culture transformation preferred.
  • Experience managing HRIS with Workday knowledge strongly preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Minimum Certification/Licenses: Certification in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM SCP) preferred.

Salary Range:

$52,900 - $62,158 (Salary commensurate with education and experience)
