Talent Architect & Data-Driven Recruiting Leader

Hex is expanding its recruiting leadership to create a repeatable, data-driven recruiting engine that translates its culture into a tangible process. You’ll start by standardizing the bar for candidates, then build systems and rubrics to ensure consistent interviewing across teams.

You’ll own the stack and, importantly, Hex itself will be used for recruiting analytics. Reporting to the Head of People, this role is based in San Francisco or New York with in-office presence several days a week.
