Weekday is seeking a hands-on People & Recruiting Partner to own our internal hiring and people ops. You’ll split time between sourcing for internal ops, sales, engineering, and managing onboarding, payroll inputs, and policy questions.
You’ll work close to founders and heads of teams, ensuring fast, clean processes and a high-trust culture. This is a small team where everyone pitches in, Monday through Saturday.
