Talent & People Director (Fully Remote)

• As Talent & People Director, you'll be the first dedicated People hire, recruiting-first by design.
• You'll own full-cycle hiring across every function, then broaden into people operations as we scale.

What You'll Do:

• Lead recruiting from intake through offer, sourcing proactively and running clean, fast processes in Ashby.
• Build onboarding, performance cycles, culture, and L&D programs as the team grows.
• Partner with the General Counsel on people strategy, compensation, and org design.

What We Offer:

• Base salary $180,000-$200,000 plus annual bonus and equity.
