Job Description:
- This role will support hiring in our Service and Operations organizations (volume recruitment)
- Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting company's business verticals.
- Conducting resume reviews and phone screening to assess and recommend top talent for our client facing roles.
- Extend offers, work through the background checking process, and align with hiring managers.
- Must have proven recruiting experience (6+ years) Ability to work high volume requisitions and niche one-off requisitions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills, and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools.
- Superior negotiating skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of initiative and accountability.
- Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
- Prior experience in the financial services industry a plus.
Experience: Required
- At least 6 years of recruiting experience.
- Ability to handle up to 25 unique requisitions.
- Prior experience recruiting across multiple geographies
Education: Preferred Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
