About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of recruitment experience to support our global hiring efforts.

This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent across technical and business functions while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams in an international and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business areas.




• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.




• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.




• Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, and alignment with company values.




• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.




• Coordinate interview processes and maintain efficient candidate communication.




• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment analytics.




• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.




• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.




• Monitor talent market trends and competitor hiring activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.




• 3+ years of recruiting experience.




• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.




• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.




• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.




• Experience recruiting for technology, engineering, semiconductor, photonics, software, or related industries is highly preferred.




• Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.




• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
