Vibrant ABA is a growing home‑based ABA therapy company, and we're looking for a Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to help us build and support our amazing team.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and hire Behavior Technicians via sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Manage schedules and staffing to ensure client coverage and smooth transitions
- Coordinate onboarding with the HR department
- Support retention efforts and help create a positive employee experience
- Track staffing metrics and report to leadership
Requirements
- 1+ years recruiting, staffing, or coordination experience (ABA, healthcare or education preferred)
- Strong organizational skills – ability to juggle hiring pipelines and daily staffing operations while maintaining quotas
- Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable interviewing and building relationships with clinical staff and families.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Professionalism, empathy, and a mission‑driven approach to working with children and families
