Professional Search Network (PSN) is growing and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our team.

Overview of Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen and interview candidates for temporary, consulting and direct-hire opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong network of talented professionals
- Match qualified candidates with opportunities that fit their skills, experience and career goals
- Collaborate with our sales team to generate additional opportunities for your recruiting desk
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and consultants throughout the hiring process
- Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business, referrals and placements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of staffing, recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Temporary staffing and/or consulting experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, constantly changing recruiting environment
- Experience recruiting for corporate, white-collar positions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive and driven by results
- A positive attitude and a good sense of humor
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
