Location: Purchase, NY | Hybrid – 3 days onsite
6-month contract
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level Product roles across North America.
Key Requirements:
- Strong full-cycle recruitment experience, specifically within Product hiring
- Experience recruiting roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product-focused positions
- Comfortable managing 20+ requisitions simultaneously
- Experience working in both agency and in-house/corporate recruiting environments preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with senior and demanding stakeholders
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building xhqgsiq skills
- Ability to prioritize high-volume and complex requisitions involving sourcing, immigration, compensation, and other cross-functional teams
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Workday ATS experience
