Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Internal Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to support fast-paced talent acquisition operations for our internal teams. This role handles full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, candidate screening, and hiring manager coordination.
Note: Due to client compliance and security requirements, this position strictly requires U.S. Citizenship and full visa independence. Candidates must be eligible for W2 employment without current or future sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open internal roles across the organization.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with internal hiring managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and manage candidate flow.
• Active Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networking to build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
• ATS Operations: Maintain clean candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and feedback documentation in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Offer & Onboarding: Facilitate initial offer discussions, check references, and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Experience 1 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within an in-house corporate HR/TA environment.
Geography Based in or near the NYC / New Jersey metro area for local client needs.
Key Skills Strong communication, proficiency with modern ATS platforms, boolean search proficiency, and candidate relationship management.
