Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fully Remote)

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers to understand needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• You will develop pipelines for niche areas and implement creative sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain job posts and assist in creating standardized job descriptions.
• Coordinate with practice leads to ensure regular follow-up and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience within Salesforce and/or AWS space.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented mindset.
