Supporting Huron's Oracle Business Unit, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Senior Associate will manage full-cycle recruitment for consulting and technology roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent and enhance the candidate experience. Key responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute aligned recruiting strategies Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment for various Oracle roles Develop and maintain talent pipelines while leveraging market insights to inform recruiting strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment, professional services, or technology sector Experience recruiting specialized Oracle talent, including ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, or related consulting capabilities Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities
