Supporting a high-volume recruitment effort, the full-time temporary Talent Acquisition Scheduler will schedule over 15 interviews daily for entry-level Retail Sales roles while working remotely. Key responsibilities Schedule interviews for high-volume roles and manage candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) Engage with candidates through outbound calls, email campaigns, and text message campaigns Assist the Recruitment team in promoting the company and screening candidates for basic job responsibilities Required qualifications Minimum age requirement of 18 years 1+ year of HR, Recruiting, and/or Inside Sales experience 1+ year of interview scheduling experience Proven experience working in a remote setting Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
