Title: Talent Acquisition - Project Manager

Duration: 6-12 + Month contract with high Possibilities of extension/Conversion

Location: Lake County - AP32 - Hybrid Required - M/F Remote - T/W/TH Onsite

Job Description:

This is a Talent Acquisition Technology & Transformation Project Manager role. The person will manage projects that improve how the company's recruiting/TA organization works through technology, process improvement, automation, and data.

They are not primarily recruiting candidates. Instead, they will work with TA, HRIT, technology teams, and vendors to improve recruiting systems and processes.

What this person will actually do:

• Manage TA technology/transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Talk with TA/HR stakeholders to understand problems and convert them into business and system requirements.
• Map current vs. future processes and identify ways to simplify or automate them.
• Analyze data using Excel/Power BI to identify bottlenecks, trends, capacity issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Work with platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, First Advantage and Phenom.
• Lead requirements gathering, UAT/testing, implementation and post-launch support.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholders.
• Support AI, automation, candidate fraud and identity-verification initiatives.
• Create dashboards and executive-level project updates.

Must have: strong project/program management + business analysis + HR technology/process transformation + advanced Excel/data analysis + requirements gathering + process mapping + executive communication.

Highly desirable: ServiceNow/HRSD, Workday, Power BI, AI/automation experience, vendor implementations, API/integration concepts, UAT/testing and HR/TA domain experience.
