Key responsibilities Manage the MSP and contingent workforce program, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in hiring processes Lead campus recruiting initiatives and build relationships with academic programs to establish early talent pipelines Collaborate with Clinical Delivery to identify and convert high-performing clinical students into future employees Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, program coordination, or related fields Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to use data and reporting for performance monitoring and improvement Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
