We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role plays a key part in identifying top talent, partnering with hiring leaders, and delivering a seamless and engaging hiring experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting the right people to the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and connect with qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment strategies
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct screenings, and lead initial interviews to assess alignment with role requirements
  • Manage internal mobility processes, including reviewing and facilitating employee transfer requests
  • Present qualified candidate pipelines to hiring managers within established timelines
  • Maintain consistent communication with both candidates and hiring partners to ensure a positive and transparent recruitment process
  • Partner with leadership to determine competitive compensation offers using established guidelines and extend employment offers
  • Oversee post-offer activities and ensure a smooth transition through onboarding steps
  • Plan and participate in recruiting events to build talent pipelines and strengthen employer presence
  • Maintain accurate reporting by reconciling recruitment activity with internal systems and position tracking tools
  • Adapt to evolving priorities and execute recruiting processes effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of recruiting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, including employment laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing practices
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and digital communication tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
