Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting and deliver a high-touch candidate experience for exempt and non-exempt hiring across Texas.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and coordinate placement of talent to support leadership needs
- Recruit for both exempt and non-exempt roles
- Develop new and creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and advise on recruitment process and market trends
- Support offer strategy with leaders, including salary recommendations, total rewards, and closing approaches
- Provide a concierge-level candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding
- Coordinate on-site interviews with the leadership team and manage follow-up activities
- Manage multiple job requisitions at the same time across different metropolitan locations
- Participate in and support the full-cycle recruitment process
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and practices
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on strategic recruiting
- 5+ years recruiting across several disciplines (examples include Life Sciences, Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific roles, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, Legal, etc.)
- 2+ years experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative recruiting support
- Comfort working cross-functionally with different teams and members of leadership
- Experience sourcing via multiple sources and building talent pipelines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems; general working knowledge of internet for business use

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (strongly preferred)

- Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and projects while meeting timelines, sustaining quality results, and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
