What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Act as a consultant to the business, advising on market trends and competitive talent intelligence
- Conduct full life cycle recruiting, including candidate engagement, screening, and managing the interview process
- Develop partnerships with Global Business Managers/Leaders and HR Business Partners across multiple regions
- Attend weekly meetings to review recruiting activities and suggest new recruitment strategies
- Meet or exceed Talent Acquisition metrics and key performance indicators
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience
- 3+ years of internal client relationship experience supporting managers through the talent acquisition process
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
- Experience with Workday Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
