We're looking to add a Talent Acquisition Partner to our Buchanan recruiting team! This role is all about recruiting top-performing sales talent. If you're the type of recruiter who loves sourcing passive candidates, building relationships, and landing candidates that everyone else wishes they had, I want to talk to you. This isn't a "post a job and wait" recruiting position. We're looking for someone who enjoys the hunt, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and thrives on finding exceptional talent before anyone else does.

A few things we're looking for

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting sales professionals
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
• Someone who is competitive, relationship-driven, and loves a challenge

Bonus points if you have experience recruiting in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, staffing, or another high-volume sales environment.

Location: Fort Wayne, IN preferred, but we're open to discussing remote opportunities for the right person.
