Salar$ 35- $ 51 per hour based on experience

3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred

This role will be a Technical Talent Acquisition role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline development.
