Our client is seeking aCorporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple North American locations while partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. In this role, you'll manage the hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance, helping attract exceptional professionals across a variety of positions including technical and engineering talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for full-time, part-time, temporary, contract, and project-based positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruiting tools.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring manager feedback.
- Conduct background, reference, education, and employment verification checks.
- Prepare and extend employment offers while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on open positions and hiring progress.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives as needed.
- Support HR projects and initiatives beyond recruiting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- At least 3 years of engineering recruitment experience is required.
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment across multiple locations.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and online recruiting platforms.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to evaluate technical and engineering qualifications with confidence.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities.
- Experience working with hiring managers and external recruiting vendors is a plus.
