Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the continued growth of GagaMuller's North American business.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead , this is an individual contributor role responsible for identifying, engaging, assessing, and securing high-calibre professionals across major hyperscale data centre and mission-critical programmes throughout North America.

This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition role, requiring strong market knowledge, proactive headhunting capability, and the ability to engage senior construction and engineering professionals within a highly competitive talent market.

The role will operate across the full North American market, supporting opportunities across the US and Canada.

  • Utilise LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent databases, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify prospective candidates.

  • Own candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Coordinate candidate progression through the recruitment process and maintain regular communication with hiring stakeholders.
  • Support candidates through offer and pre-employment stages.
  • Take ownership of the onboarding process once a candidate has accepted an offer.

  • Conduct market mapping across the US and Canadian construction, engineering, and mission-critical sectors.
  • Identify key talent pools, organisations, competitors, and specialist markets relevant to GagaMuller's growth plans.
  • Develop market intelligence to support recruitment strategy and future workforce requirements.

  • Develop a strong understanding of GagaMuller's project portfolio, client requirements, programme structures, and technical disciplines.
  • Support workforce planning by providing market insight around candidate availability, timelines, and talent constraints.
  • Provide input into salary benchmarking and candidate compensation expectations.
  • Provide recommendations around sourcing strategy, candidate availability, and realistic hiring timelines.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment activity remains aligned with business and project priorities.

Offer & Hiring Support

  • Support the offer process and participate in compensation discussions where appropriate.
  • Provide market insight and candidate feedback to support competitive offers.
  • Help manage candidate expectations throughout the offer and acceptance process.
  • Support the transition from accepted offer through to successful onboarding and commencement.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and genuinely passionate about talent acquisition .

This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys headhunting and market mapping rather than relying on applications , and who wants to build a long-term talent network within the North American mission-critical construction sector.

You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment where priorities can change quickly as new programmes and project requirements emerge.

Why Join GagaMuller?
