Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and screen IT professionals using an on-shore and off-shore model in McKinney, TX.
- Engage in recruitment to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct technical interviews and make recommendations about whether to hire.
- Participate in setting compensation levels.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel.
- Manage a requisition load of 25 or more functional and technical roles.
- Engage in project and process management to streamline the recruitment process.
- Use Cognos and PowerQuery.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or human resources and five years of overall progressive experience in recruiting, which includes five years of experience in the skill sets listed. Educational equivalency may be met by a combination of degrees. Minimum salary of $87,526.00. Telecommuting permitted. Applicants must have the authority to work permanently in the U.S.
