Talent Acquisition Partner (Investments)

We’re partnered on an exciting Investments Talent Acquisition Partner role available at our client, a wonderful, stable, and growing financial firm known for its excellent reputation and people.

This exciting role supports a rapidly growing Investments business & partners closely with senior stakeholders to execute high-impact hiring initiatives across asset management, private markets, wealth management, etc.

Required experience:

• 5-8+ years of talent acquisition or executive search experience
• Strong track record recruiting within the buy side or a complex investment management organization
• Experience hiring across asset management, private equity, private credit, wealth management, capital markets, or related investment functions, with strong client advisory skills

In this role, you will:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced-hire and senior-level investment professionals
• Partner with hiring managers on talent strategy, market intelligence, and trends
• Build pipelines for critical investment roles
• Map talent and direct source across key investment sectors
• Support broader TA initiatives, including employer branding, recruiting technology, and process improvement
