Working closely with executive leadership, hiring managers, and external search partners, you will help shape talent strategy, drive critical hiring initiatives, enhance recruiting processes, and support broader people-related programs. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, strong business partnership skills, and the ability to build scalable talent acquisition infrastructure that supports sustained growth.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations
• Proven success recruiting for complex, niche, and leadership-level roles
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in high-growth environments
• Strong skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, offer management, and hiring strategy
• Required industry experience supporting hiring within MEP, Construction, Renewable Energy, Data Center, or related infrastructure sectors
• Ability to identify and attract hard-to-find technical, operational, and leadership talent in competitive markets
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
