We’re seeking an experienced recruiting or HR professional to join a team on a temporary assignment of approximately 3 months, with the possibility of an extension or permanent opportunity for the right fit. A Bachelor’s degree is required for consideration for the permanent position.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Source & attract talent through job postings and proactive recruiting
- Screen candidates and help identify top talent
- Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process moving
- Manage offers and assist candidates through the offer stage
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps
- Support workforce planning and hiring initiatives
- Maintain and update position descriptions
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction efforts
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of recruiting and/or HR experience
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Paycom experience is a plus
- Higher Education experience is highly desirable
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
The Details
- $28-33/hour
- Temporary: Approximately 3 months, with potential for extension
- Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Fully onsite
