The Birner Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help drive hiring across multiple markets. You'll partner directly with hiring leaders, own full-cycle recruiting, and play a key role in company growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
• Partner with leaders on hiring needs and workforce planning
• Source candidates through Indeed, networking, referrals, and social media
• Screen and interview candidates
• Present top talent and influence hiring decisions
• Build talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
• Agency recruiting experience highly preferred
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Experience with ATS platforms and Indeed preferred
