Talent Acquisition Partner – Early Career

• Review candidate applications and conduct screening conversations or review video interview submissions
• Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Enable processes that provide candidates with quality care and timely follow-up
• Support recruiting strategies to increase diverse representation in the global workforce
• Interact with candidates through phone screens, interview preparation calls, scheduling conversations, and offer extensions
• Present Trane Technologies' employee value proposition to candidates
• Identify, elevate, and develop resources and offerings to improve candidate and internal stakeholder experiences
• Facilitate interview debriefs with hiring teams
• Create offers and facilitate meaningful offer-extension conversations
• Address candidate questions and provide differentiated candidate care
• Partner with early career team members and business stakeholders on candidate updates and recruiting-system challenges
• Collaborate with peers as requisition volumes fluctuate

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Early/Emerging Talent
• Experience with change management, influencing, and stakeholder management
• Ability to travel up to 30-50% during peak recruiting season
