Overview
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for The Christ Hospital Health Network in Norwood, Ohio. Location: Norwood, Ohio. Role Type: Full-Time | Hybrid/On-site flexibility.
Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr. Pay range information is provided by The Christ Hospital Health Network; your actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Build strong relationships with department leaders to understand hiring needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
- Champion employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment outcomes
