- Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple roles, focusing on GTM hiring
- Proactively map target companies and identify passive talent through communities, events, and non-obvious signals
- Build recruiting pipelines that stay ahead of headcount plans
- Deliver an exceptional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience
- Partner with US hiring managers to understand team needs and define hiring strategies
- Identify AI sourcing tools and technologies to improve talent discovery, research depth, and outreach personalization
- Track and report key hiring metrics and optimize the recruiting process using insights
- Collaborate with the global People team to share ideas and shape talent strategy
Requirements
- 4–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong focus on GTM roles in high-growth SaaS or developer tools companies
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional GTM talent
- Creative sourcing skills to find and engage hard-to-find candidates
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to deliver an authentic, high-touch candidate experience
- Ability to build trusted, strategic partnerships with hiring managers
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve sourcing efficiency, research depth, and outreach personalization
- Data-driven approach with experience tracking recruitment metrics and building pipeline reports
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools
- In-depth knowledge of US employment laws and compensation and benefits benchmarks
- Comeet ATS experience is a plus
