Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in scaling our organization by leading full‑cycle recruitment across all functions, with a primary focus on clinical research roles—including Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and Clinical Research Assistants (CRAs)—at sites nationwide. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, hands‑on, strategic recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and can partner closely with leadership to build a best‑in‑class recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, with a strong emphasis on clinical research site positions (CRC, CRA, regulatory, site leadership, and support roles).
- Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies to support rapid national growth and site expansion.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and industry‑specific pipelines.
- Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline for recurring and high‑volume roles.
- Partner closely with site managers and executive leadership to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Advise leaders on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies specific to clinical research talent.
- Manage hiring timelines and expectations in a high‑growth, private equity–backed environment.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Represent the company’s mission, culture, and growth opportunity to prospective candidates.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to position the organization as an employer of choice in clinical research.
- Manage and optimize an applicant tracking system and recruiting workflows.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to support scale, efficiency, and quality.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain consistent, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices across all roles and locations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a lead or manager‑level recruiting role.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for clinical research or healthcare roles, preferably within clinical trial sites, SMOs, CROs, or healthcare services organizations.
- Proven success hiring Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Assistants, or similar site‑based research roles across multiple geographies.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort recruiting in competitive, talent‑constrained markets.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth organization (private equity–backed experience is a strong plus).

- Familiarity with clinical research operations and regulatory environments (GCP, FDA‑regulated settings).
- Experience building or scaling recruiting functions.
- Experience recruiting remotely for geographically distributed teams.
