Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will lead a high-performing recruiting team while executing talent strategies that support the organizations growth and evolving workforce needs. This person oversees recruiting operations, ensures a strong experience for hiring managers and candidates, and leverages technology and automation to improve efficiency and service delivery. This role must sit onsite, no remote work available for this position.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
- Experience supporting full life-cycle recruiting for salaried workers
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition practices within consumer products, automotive, or manufacturing environments.
