Talent Acquisition Manager (Fully Remote)

• Build and execute a company-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and future workforce planning.
• Lead hiring across technology and business functions, including AI/ML, robotics, engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Create structured recruitment frameworks, interview loops, SLAs, hiring dashboards, and documentation systems.

Requirements:

• 7-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring in high-growth product/technology organizations.
• Proven ability to build recruitment processes, frameworks, and TA teams.
